Job Summary of Customer Service Representative:

Our hotel seeks to provide its guests with exceptional service and financial success, and to accomplish this, we are looking to hire Customer Service Representative. This role includes greeting and registering guests, as well as assisting with the check-out process. Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

  • Providing a welcoming and efficient check-in experience is a significant responsibility of a Customer Service Representative, as this is where the guest journey begins, and sets the tone for their entire stay
  • Carries out the formalities needed for guests to end their hotel stay
  • Addressing guest concerns throughout their hotel experience
  • The enrollment process is completed by issuing electronic keys after choices of rooms are made based on guest requirements
  • Facilitates the implementation of marketing strategies geared towards guests who are arriving
  • We provide a hospitality kit upon arrival which includes room keys and various presents as a token of appreciation for selecting our hotel

Qualification of Customer Service Representative:
