Responsibilities:

• Training & Development: Participate in training programs and hands-on learning in various departments like operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
• Operational Support: Assist in managing daily business operations, including ensuring smooth workflow, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Team Management: Supervise and motivate employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and maintain productivity. May involve handling scheduling, staffing, and employee development.
• Customer Service: Help to ensure that customer service is at a high standard, resolving any issues and helping improve customer satisfaction.
