Job Summary of Facility Cleaner:

The satisfaction of hotel guests is enhanced by the efforts of Facility Cleaner, who are tasked with maintaining guest rooms and addressing their concerns. Their goal is to provide excellent guest service while also achieving business profitability. There are full-time and part-time roles offered, with schedules designed for flexibility. Responsibilities of Facility Cleaner:

• As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables

Qualification of Facility Cleaner:

• Someone who graduated from high school and received additional education in a skills training school.
• The ability to communicate effectively in written English is necessary for success in business.
• Familiarity with the routine operations that take place in guest floor housekeeping
• Exhibiting adaptability in work hours, proficient in handling tasks on morning, evening, weekend, or public holiday schedules.
• Sound knowledge of chemicals utilization and ensuring the tidiness of rooms.
