Responsibilities of Housekeeping Aide:

  • Undertake assigned cleaning duties that involve guest rooms, including but not limited to tasks like changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
  • Provide new bed sheets, towels, and guest toiletries as needed, and ensure that the guest rooms remain top-notch
  • Undertake meticulous cleaning duties when required
  • On a daily basis, make sure that the housekeeping cart is stocked with all necessary cleaning supplies and efficiently prepared for easy transport
  • Following proper disposal procedures for trash and recyclables promotes a cleaner and more livable community

Qualification of Housekeeping Aide:

  • Someone who completed both high school and a training program for specific skills.
  • The ability to read and write in English is critical for businesses to operate in the global marketplace and achieve success.
  • Cognizant of the everyday responsibilities of housekeeping staff on guest floors
