- Facilitate the ordering process for customers seeking food and specialty cake products by phone
- Keep your workstation and the area surrounding it clean and uncluttered through actions like washing dishes and mopping the floors
- Aid in ensuring that all products designated for self-service are accurately contained with the correct weights and ingredients
- Adhere strictly to the rules and regulations of the organization's Food Safety program
- Assist in implementing proper rotation practices to optimize product quality
- Food Service Associates should be prepared to undergo training in several job functions with varying responsibilities.
Qualifications of Food Service Worker:
- Being 18 years old marks the threshold for adulthood
- While it is helpful to have prior experience in the food service industry, it is not a prerequisite
- Meeting the designated physical, mental, and visual prerequisites
- Proficiency in understanding and adhering to verbal or written instructions, completing routine and repetitive tasks, and maintaining constant communication and interaction with individuals at various levels regularly
- Abiding by the organization's requirements to be present for on-site work at specified times to adhere to timekeeping and attendance protocols
