Responsibilities of Cleaning Services Operator:

• As a Cleaning Services Operator, your topmost responsibility is maintaining cleanliness standards in guest rooms, providing timely assistance, and ensuring that guests are delighted with their stay, resulting in increased revenue for the hotel
• Undertake cleaning responsibilities that have been assigned for specific guest rooms, such as changing bedding, disinfecting washrooms, wiping surfaces, and vacuuming floors
• Regularly check the levels of bed linens, towels, and guest amenities and restock them as necessary
• Undertake meticulous cleaning duties when required
• Be diligent in maintaining and restocking the housekeeping cart on a daily basis, ensuring that it is always ready for use when needed
• Effective trash and recycling management practices can help protect the planet and preserve natural resources

Qualification of Cleaning Services Operator:

• Good knowledge of housekeepings daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
• English literate to meet business needs.
