Responsibilities of Check-In Specialist:

• For visitors walking through the door, your task as a Check-In Specialist is to acknowledge them promptly through a friendly greeting, while ensuring a quick and efficient registration process
• Conducts the necessary formalities for guests?departure from the lodging facility
• Overcoming guest difficulties during their hotel excursion
• Choosing appropriate rooms based on guest requests, promoting hotel amenities and issuing electronic keys are crucial responsibilities
• Provides guests with pertinent details about their room location and coordinates assistance from team members to accompany them
• Guests will receive a welcome packet that includes keys to their rooms, tokens of our gratitude for choosing our establishment, personal gifts, and more

Qualification of Check-In Specialist:

• Completed high school certificate or equivalent
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
