Job Summary of Store Sales Representative:

The position of a Store Sales Representative at Big 5 involves the completion of sales and service operations within the store to ensure a satisfying shopping experience for all customers. Tasks entail directing customers, managing phone calls, giving information about products, proposing additional purchases, retrieving items from storage, and organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.

Responsibilities for Store Sales Representative:

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register.

• Stock and organize shelves, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
