Responsibilities of Cash Collection Person:

• Offer a pleasant welcome and engage patrons in a positive manner at the restaurant.
• Skillfully manage the requests of customers and process payments with precision.
• Promptly address and resolve any concerns or questions raised by guests.
• Establish and maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant area for all.
• Improve teamwork with our Delivery Partners
• Help uphold facility cleanliness by completing general cleaning tasks like wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Furnishing answers to inquiries concerning menu choices and special promotions
• Be equipped with the required components and food options for meal preparation
• Replenishing stock and structuring workspaces
• Using kitchen machinery such as bake ovens, deep fryers, cooking surfaces, and an array of culinary tools in the cooking process
• Upholding cleanliness in the work environment through tasks like wiping down workstations, cleaning machinery, doing the dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements of Cash Collection Person:

• Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
