Responsibilities of Cash Handling Associate:

• Welcome patrons enthusiastically and engage them in a positive manner while in the restaurant.
• Adequately acknowledge the orders placed by guests and process payments seamlessly.
• Swiftly address and resolve any guest questions or problems.
• Maintain a secure and inviting atmosphere for visitors and employees.
• Develop a successful rapport with our Delivery Partners
• Ensure the facility is clean by performing general cleaning duties including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Furnishing answers to inquiries concerning menu choices and special promotions
• Have all the ingredients and menu items ready for cooking and serving
• Replenishing items and arranging work areas
• Using cooking tools such as bake ovens, deep fryers, grilling surfaces, and a variety of kitchen appliances for preparing meals
• Preserving a fresh work atmosphere by executing general cleaning tasks such as wiping workstations, sanitizing machinery, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements of Cash Handling Associate:

• All candidates must be at least 16 years old, and previous experience is not compulsory.
• Reliable transport is a fundamental requirement.
• Proficiency in understanding and extracting information from documents such as safety protocols, maintenance manuals, operational directives, and training resources.
• Should be able to stay on one's feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance included.
• Promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere when interacting with colleagues and guests is essential.
