Job Summary of Guest Services Runner:

A Guest Services Runner is a hotel staff member who is in charge of ensuring guest rooms are spotless and promptly addressing their requests. This ultimately contributes to a gratifying guest experience and long-lasting business success. The role is open in both full-time and part-time capacities, and work schedules are flexible. With current hiring in progress, interested individuals may apply even without prior work experience. Responsibilities of Guest Services Runner:

• The primary duty of a Guest Services Runner is to clean the guests' rooms and cater to their requests, ensuring that the hotel continues to surpass guests' expectations and achieve financial stability
• Fulfill assigned housekeeping responsibilities for guest rooms that involve cleaning, such as making beds, disinfecting bathrooms, wiping surfaces, and vacuuming rooms
• Maintain a steady supply of clean and fresh bed linens, towels, and guest amenities to cater to guest demands
• Carry out in-depth cleaning duties on an as-needed basis
• Ensure the timely management, upkeep, and delivery of all cleaning supplies on the housekeeping cart every day
• Getting rid of garbage and recyclables in a responsible manner helps reduce pollution and enhance sustainability

Qualification of Guest Services Runner:

• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
• English literate to meet business needs.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping’s daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
