Job Summary of Checkout Operator:

The Checkout Operator is a pivotal role in delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability within our hotel. We are looking for individuals to welcome and register guests, as well as facilitate the check-out process. Responsibilities of Checkout Operator:

• In the role of a Checkout Operator, you must master the art of providing prompt and courteous service to incoming guests while registering them in a friendly and efficient manner
• Performs the necessary steps to complete the guest checkout process
• Offering solutions to guest dilemmas experienced at a hotel
• By coding electronic keys and efficiently choosing rooms according to the guest's preferences, the registration process is completed
• Organizes and executes various marketing programs catering to incoming guests
• We provide a hospitality kit upon arrival which includes room keys and various presents as a token of appreciation for selecting our hotel

Qualification of Checkout Operator:

• Completed high school certificate or equivalent
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
