Cleaning Associate

Job Summary of Cleaning Associate:

The Cleaning Associate offered by the hotel relies heavily on the proficiency of Room Attendants. These employees are in charge of maintaining guest rooms and responding to requests, with the aim of delivering exceptional guest service while simultaneously generating more revenue. Responsibilities of Cleaning Associate:

• As a Cleaning Associate, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables

Qualification of Cleaning Associate:

• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
• English literate to meet business needs.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping’s daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
